Software License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 12/03/2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "Licensee") and Tivro.net ("Tivro", "we", "our", or "us") for the use of software products, scripts, plugins, themes, addons, and related digital products provided through our website.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software provided by Tivro.net, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a product from Tivro.net, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the license type purchased.

The license allows you to install and use the software on the number of domains or environments permitted by the specific license purchased.

2. License Activation

Some products require activation using a valid license key. License activation may include verification of domain name, IP address, or installation environment.

Failure to maintain a valid license may result in restricted access to updates, downloads, or software functionality.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our software without permission
  • Share license keys with third parties
  • Remove or modify copyright or license notices
  • Attempt to bypass or disable the license verification system
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify protected parts of the software
  • Use the software for illegal activities

4. Updates

Customers with a valid license may receive software updates, bug fixes, and improvements when available. Update availability may depend on the license type or support period.

5. Ownership

All software, source code, designs, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Tivro.net. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership of the software.

6. Support

Technical support may be provided through our support system for customers with valid licenses. Support availability and response time may vary.

7. License Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses if misuse, fraud, license abuse, or violation of this Agreement is detected.

Tivro.net shall not be held responsible for any damages, data loss, business interruption, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use our software.

9. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms outlined in this document. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and remove all copies from your systems.
